  this is the ground where i taught of becoming competent and of good character. My teachers were not only intelligent, i felt too thier concern and sympathy they realy are my second parents. My classmates were sometmes are the ingredients of an exciting life in high school without them being a "live" challengers, I may not been able to make who I am now. My determination, the sympathetic mentors and the challenging environment encompasses a very condusive training and educational ground for me to learn. That's why fellow Quirinians, nothing but be proud of the Quirino National High School my second home, my dear Alma mater.
