Once very active, this school has seen its student body highly reduced from the 1990s into the 2000s. It is notable for very old; it is a two-story brick building with an all-metal slide fire escape. It dates back to the early 1900s. On the school grounds, a very old merry-go-round also exists. The merry-go-round rotates around a central, immobile pillar, and the seats are hung from spokes coming from the center. In this way, the middle area is used for pushing the outer platform, which is a rarely-seen design in modern times.
