Lakeridge High School opened on September 7, 1971. It is a comprehensive 9 through 12 school which offers a course of study aimed at meeting the needs of a predominantly college-bound student body. In 2004 a new building replaced the original one on the same campus. Students' SAT scores significantly exceed
Oregon and national averages. The school is home to the "Pacers."
