  • I used to go to the elementary school...I am 44 now...loved living in Worms.
  • I went to first and second grade here in 1954 to 56 or so. I remember it fondly.
  • I lived in Lorsch but went to school in Worms. I had Mr. Engler and he turned out to be one of my favorite all time teachers. Some of my friends were Mimi Gibson, Tom Fish and Addison Austin.
  • I went to school here in 1977 and had Mr Engler for sixth grade. He was one of my favorite teachers as well.
  • We were stationed there from 1963 -1965. Remember the officers club, kindergarten above the PX....walking through the tunnel to the base to see my dad. He was Company Commander of Charlie Company. Remember the bells on Sundays, the bakeries, the candy stores,,,, $.10 Movies on the base. Curt Gober....At that time my Dad was a 1st LT. Hershel Gober.

  • Mike, we must have been there at the same time. Do you remember Mrs. Long the PE teacher? She was a fire plug about 4 feet tall.
