HITM Engineering College is situated at the 19km milestone on the Agra-Delhi Highway (NH-2). The college is spread across 21 acres of a scenic location. The College is housed in its own building with 40,000sq. mtrs. Covered area.

The chairman of this group (SGI) is Mr. P.K.Gupta and vice-chairman is Mr. Y.K.Gupta. The group has recently got the status of state university named as sharda university. Principle of the college is Dr. A.K.Gupta. College has a good infrastructure,a good spacious library, canteen, nescafe, 24 hr wi-fi net connectivity. The college offers courses in five branches of engineering (E.C.E,E.E.E, I.T., C.S.E, E.I.E) and also offers post-graduate courses in M.B.A. The E.C.E. and E.E.E. branches are NBA accredited.

The campus has separate hostels for girls(Sharda Bhawan) and boys (Vivekanad bhawan and Ramkrishan Bhawan).Faculty quarter is also available in the same campus. Most of the faculty members are M.Tech. There is a grand annual cultural festival every year named EUREKA.. which sees competitions like singing, dancing and debates etc. and band performances of CHAOS,WHITE NOISE etc.. which are of the charismatic students of this college. Now HITM stands in the MTU ranking above all other colleges in Agra.
