Terminal 7 was originally known as the British Airways Terminal. It was completed in 1970 to a design by Gollins, Melvin, Ward & Partners and extensively expanded and refurbished in 1991, 2003, and 2008. It is shaped like a rectangle, and has twelve gates around its airside perimeter.
