Site of a Regency gothic style villa located behind Hanover Terrace on the western edge of Regent's Park. It was designed by Decimus Burton as part of John Nash's grand scheme for Regent's Park and built circa 1826 by John Aitkens for George Birnie. During the 1920s the villa was demolished and replaced by a block of flats bearing the same name.
