  I'm Iranian and live in Teheran Iran. Hereby,I would like to beg your help.My fiance' "Steven Brown", British national had claimed he had went to Kuwait city for a mission in April 2011. He had claimed a contract for drilling crude oil had been awarded to him by "Shell Oil" Kuwait through Nippon Oil London for executing in 6 months. He claimed that he had a private meeting with the Oil Minister of Kuwait where the Minister had given him the licence for purchasing Oil from the Kuwaiti Government and to sell it to the Europen countries... Later he said that the Kuwaiti government had fined him the sum of 200.000,-- Pounds for an oil spill happened in the drilling site... where he asked me for help and had got from me a lot of money and he disappeared later !! He gave me his address : 13 alem Al Mubarak Streets Kuwait City. I found out that all these sayings were just faked stories and he wanted just to abusing me for a period of time. i have submited a complaint to the police in Teheran and have asked them to follow the matter through Interpol. They asked me for evidences showing that Steven Browns saying were fales. Is it possible for you to investigate about the matter according to the communications which I had with him and shows all the stories he had claimed. I can send the to you as attachments of an e-mail to you for consideration. If it is not possible for you may I ask you please just to confirm me whether the given address as above mentioned is a correct address in the Kuwait city or not?
