This Panda Express was formerly a Sonic-Drive In. Before that, at the intersection of U.S. Route 301 and Maryland Route 6, it was the site of a Mobil gas station when it was damaged by tornado on April 28, 2002, it converted to Sunoco in mid-2006, and was razed in 2016 to make room for a Sonic Drive-in. Sonic closed in 2020.
