This strip mall is on the former location of Saskatoon's first multi-plex cinema. First opened as the Cinema Twins in the early 1970s, the facility added a third screen in the 1980s and was called Duffy's Cinema Centre. It was demolished in the 1980s. Today a strip mall occupies the site, and is home to several businesses including the popular Jerry's Food Emporium.
