  • i studied +1 & +2 from govt.sen.sec.school nawanshahr in 2004-05.its an old city having many of good old shops near pathakan mohalla.
  • I go to INdia every year and stay in Garshankar with Prof Harjinder Singh Randhawa and his family. I'm British (white) and cam eot know his family from a colleague I have worked with now for 17 years. I love Garshankar and N'shar and always feel totally at home. I only speka a very tiny amount of Punjabi and the famil mostly don't speka much English (apart from their daughters) but we get along great. they treat me like a son/grandson and brother and feel a sthough they are my grandparents, sisters, mum and da etc). N'Shar is a bit mad with traffic but ther's some excellent shopping at Khalsa Silk and Baga Jewellers (I recommend them highly)

  • hello friends i use to lived in karyam rd in nawan shahr. i really happy when i saw my city site on net it was really -2 nice for me.now in nawashahr baradari park is really beautyful park and lots of resturant in nawan shahr now but few year ago there wasn't very much .but now traffic is really too much when we go for shopping we have to face lots of traffic.i studied in dr asa nand school with name neetu it's really nice school in nawan shahr. it's on rahon rd there r lots of another schools .i was looking some place in nawan shahr like karaym rd or railway rd but i can't find it.i'm living in u.k now but i miss my nawan shahr very much.
