Before it was converted to a controlled, 5-way intersection, the Ellisburg Circle was notorious for being the most congested and hardest to navigate traffic circle in all of South Jersey.

  • Growing up in the area, when I got my first car back in 1983, the first thing I did was drive to Elliburg Circle. If I could drive through that, I could drive anywhere. You had to drive this circle every day to really appreciate how dangerous it was.
