This privately owned villa was considered Oslo's grandest at its time. Built in 1919 after instructions from architect Arnstein Arneberg for ship-owner Ivar Anton Christensen. After the home was turned into offices, it later housed shipping company Olsen & Ugelstad, Frionor, Røde Kors (Red Cross) and Hegnar Media. Now it is belongs to Home Invest which is owned by Petter Anker Stordalen.
