Substation on the former PRR electrified Main Line now run by Amtrak. Converts 138kV 25hz transmission power to 12kV 25Hz traction power for the overhead catenary.

This marks the phase gap between the Harrisburg power section and the Philadelphia power section. 138kv on load breakers are on hand to isolate the two sections. One of three substations so equipped.
