HISTORY: Greg Morris's Blair County pet project for well over a decade. Morris negotiated the seizure and sale of the former preserved wetlands, assembled investors from local and corporate levels to begin the project. He later sold the entire project off in the midst of trouble to make out with a huge profit. The reactions to the entire ordeal over the course of the years has been both negative and complementary by the community, with many people frequently criticizing the project until its completetion. Without doubt, the worst example of urban sprawl to ever curse the Altoona area, leaving a gross scar on the formerly forested
mountianside.
