Formerly Sherman Hospital. On December 15, 2009, all patients and services were transfered from the Center Street location to the new Randall Road hospital for its grand opening. The old hospital remained as an immediate care center.
The old hospital was used in the filming of the movie Contagion, a major film production with stars Matt Damon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Laurence Fishburne, Jude Law, Marion Cotillard, and Kate Winslet.
