  • The name only is Nyari Dam, but its more of a lake with one side of it embanked. There is nothing for the purpose of generation of electricity. And true, there is no fishing going on, but the place just near the steps going down to the pump house is good for catching fish. Cme here to relish the scenic beauty. And Rajkot also has another place to offer for scenic beauty: Aji Dam. Nyari is a hotbed for lovers, as they come in bikes, cars and even autos to have a quite moment or two. I bet this place can be developed for a fun place with boating and water skiing. But the place is lovely.
