This place consists of several lines of old Army style barracks. The AKASH IAF officer's mess is on to its right side and old Bikaner house(RTDC) is on to it's left. This place is presently housing approximately 35 familys of the defence officers of all the three services. It has a children park one big park and a mess building. Lately the government of India has taken a decision to convert all these places to a sort of museum .
