neighborhood, draw only border

Originally an unincorporated suburb of Jacksonville. The area exploded in the 1950s and 1960s after the city-funded construction of an expressway. Ironically, though the neighborhood itself formed due to "White Flight" from the Northside, the area is now a popular location for African-Americans to relocate from the Northside.
