  COMPLAINT AGAINST GOURMET CATERING LAHORE I went to Gourmet Karim Park Branch there I was given a brochure for Catering claiming free home delivery for their products. When I tried to order 2 days ago they told me to come to next day. On next day when I went there they informed me that there's no home delivery facility available despite of printed clearly on brochures. Again the manager told me that he couldn't get my order and showed reason that this branch wasn't in the list of catering and asked me to approach Bilal Ganj Branch. When I went to Bilal Ganj Branch there I was told to go to Nisbet Road Branch. Shit! Shit! I left and approached a local catering company there I received 33% less rates as compared to gourmet and of course Free-Home-Delivery too. 22-04-2012
