  • Iam an allotte of a plot in LDA Avenue-I. I have so far deopsited six installments vide initial allotment letter. In 2005 LDA asked for deposit of six more installments without any sound reason. If the development cost has been increased, it is due to delay in development of land which is the deficiency on the part of LDA. The poor governemnt employees should not be punished for this by increasing 100% cost of land. The matter may be taken up at approprite level in the local government. It is learnt the Nazim Lahore has distributed allotment letters to 500 allottees. What is the criteria aopted for this allotment? Allotment letters should be issued to all those who have paid intial cost of land i.e. six installemnts.

  • Mr. Muhammad Tasir, LDA office has been shifted to LDA, you can go there in the office timing they will easily change the address, i guess a fees of 250 Rs or something will be asked, i am not sure about the Fees. Also you plot location is at very bad location. Tell me your demand for this plot.

  • Hi dear officers of LDA I am an allottee of plot in Block "L" Of LDA Avenue-I. I mean I got purchased from theoriginal allottee and got transferred properly. Letter of transfar is with me.   • i am allottee of plot in block and paid all the dues. lda maanegment was contacted , they even dont know the faith of block-k. govt should take action against culperates responsible for this mismanagement the management should be taken to court to pay from their nose, all those who have suffered due to irresposible attitude of lda.

  • Can any body please tell the faith of Block-k. It is almost seven year LDA is unable to take decision.It is moral duty of lda to provide alternate plot at the earliest.Is there any body in the government who can take charge of the LDA and help the poor allottees of LDA. Shakeel

  • I am allottee of plot of 10 marla in Block-k, LDA avenue had stopped me to deposit more installments to such extent that ligiation are sorted out by the LDA administration through Honourable Court. During my service i applied for this plot, but now i am retired from Government Service since 2007. Pls help us in the name of GOD, so that i should provide shelter to my family. Thanks

  • I am an allotte of Plot in "E" sector. I deposited the initial six instalment's in 2004, when I was informed through a letter dated December 18, 2004 that my plot is located on a land which is in litigation, therefore I need not deposit any additional payment till the decision of the case.Since then I have not heared any thing about the progress of the case/my plot.Despite my best efort I am unable to reach the LDA offoicials for any update. Could some one please enlighten me on the fate of my plot?
