Kundali is a very old settlement and history dates back to about more than 600 years. The population is about 4000 people and has all the basic amenities like water, power, phones, basic shops, transport, rail, hospital, post, bank, auto garage,TV cable service etc. It has places of worship like, a Swaminaryan Temple, a temple of Lord Shiv, temple of lord Ram, a Jain derasar and few more. The village community mainly comprises of Patels, Kolis, Rabaris and few other small groups. The village as such has a very peaceful atmosphere and is a good place to live. The nearest bigger town is Botad (about 50000 population), which is about 9 KM to its south.
