  • This is a good place.This is an Agraharam once now this is a village on banks of chitravathi river.on the other bank few kilometers inside there is a village called araveedu(King Ramaraya's native place(Vijayanagar last king)).You can find the ruines temples in that village. In Singavaram 50% muslims are there and a good relation ship with Hindus. Festiwals:Moharam(peerlapanduga) nice festival in this place,Lathieeshshavali dharga is there here.Nagulachavithi is nice festival. Bathhai,Banana and gound nuts are majorcrops here. FamousPersolalities : Pachha Mallikarjuna Chowdary(Ex Sapanch) a Noble man lost all money and land for poor.
