Conitzer Brothers Department Store was built in 1910-1911, designed by Otto Walter of Berlin. The building uses modern construction of ferro-concrete. Beautify the facade of the three-dimensional sculptures of allegorical female figures - 4 Graces. The building's design refers to the practice of architecture in Berlin and Parisian department stores. Between the object continue to act as a department store Be-De-Te (Bydgoszcz Department Store). Its financial position and profit in 1938 was placed it among the largest department stores of the Republic. Urządzanych House was famous for its fashion shows and on the second floor was a café. As a Department Store "Jedynak," functioned until 2000.
