These 2 small villages are situated on the bank of River "Burai"at about 8 km away from Tal-Shindkheda. Dist.- Dhule. This river is dry since 1999-2000. Bus stand is at the center of both the villages. A primary school run by the Z.P & a high school namely "Yashwant Vidyalaya" are situated here. There are 2 separate Gram Panchayatis. Population figure is 4500 for each of the village approxmately. Here agriculture is the only media of bread & butter.
