This is the Saint Charles Towne Plaza. Built in 1988, it was originally anchored by Zayre's, Service Merchandise, Wall to Wall Electronics, TJ Maxx, Hechingers Home Project Center, People's Drug and Shoppers Food Warehouse. As of October 2019, the anchors are Value City Furniture, K&G Clothing, Citi Trends, Dollar Tree, Rainbow Shops, Shoppers Food & Pharmacy, and Big Lots. Saint Charles Towne Plaza is owned by Simon Management, who owns the mall on the other side of Smallwood Drive.
