A Quiet Getaway with a Peaceful Waterfall
This 1908 cottage was rebuilt in 2004 after fire destroyed the top floor. One of the early homes located in historic Empire, this home is nestled in this authentic coastal community in a quiet neighborhood, one block from the Bay with a lovely view from the top floor. With off street parking, you will be greeted by palm trees, paving stones, a peaceful waterfall and charming lamp post. The fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath are on the main floor. There is an open "bunk area" in one corner of the main floor with bunk beds and game table. The entire upstairs is a large bedroom with sitting area overlooking the Bay and Century old homes. The large bathroom upstairs has everything you need for a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi tub.
