Known as the "boat house", the Victoria Park Riveredge Building was constructed for the 1989 Jeux Canada Games. It is located in Victoria Park and accessed from Spadina Crescent W near Avenue H S. Owned by the City of Saskatoon, the boathouse is occupied by the Saskatoon Canoe Club, Saskatoon Racing Canoe Club, Saskatoon Rowing Club. The Saskatoon Canoe Club shares 1/3 of its bay with the the Saskatoon Nordic Ski Club which stores some equipment there. Washrooms located in the southern end. The nearby docks allow ready public access to the water for canoes, kayaks & rowing sculls. Common launch/egress point for paddles in and near the city.
