  • When I was told I was going to Iceland, I thought, "Why me?" When I was told I had to leave Iceland, I thought, "Why me?" It is the greatest place I have ever been, and I miss it so very much.
  • I was in the Largest Class ever to Graduate from this School, Class of 1973 34 people First class to Graduate was 1972. Vikings Forever Rocky S 73

  • I went to A.T. Mahan in the early 1960s ... I love it that it's still going strong. I loved being a cheerleader for the Vikings. And this is so surreal, my son is the athletic director for a high school in California, and they are the Norsemen, and they use a Viking theme. Awesome! This is a shoutout to any in the 1961-63 classes if you ever sign on here -- Howie Warren, Cheri Lennon, Mike Nowakowski, Janice Bratten, Tina Weymouth, Claudia, Rita, and so many others. Fav teacher Mr. Reid!! Go Vikings!
  • I graduated from A.T. Mahan H.S. in 1988 in a class of 14. My senior year was my only year there, but was by far the best year of high school I had! I had the opportunity to travel back there in 2000 for work and visit all of my old haunts...Unfortunately, the base and the high school closed in late 2006...

  • I was in the 10th grade in 1963. I attended one year there. I lived off base (my father was civilian). My best friend was David Burgey whose father was the commander of the base that year. I was hoping to find him on this site but no luck. Tom Yarborough
  • I also went to ATM in 1963. Were you there then? Tom Yarborough
  • Not the first class to graduate from this school, just the first class to graduate from this building.
