Welcome to the Educational Park Branch Library, which has served East San José since 1976. Situated adjacent to the campus of Independence High School and Independence Adult Center, the library provides relevant educational resources and recreational opportunities serving the needs and interests of a culturally diverse community. We offer a wide selection of media and print materials in Chinese,Vietnamese, and Spanish, as well as resources in Gujarati, Hawaiian, Hindi, Japanese, Khmer, Panjabi and Tagalog. Free WiFi and Internet access is available during library hours. Overfelt Gardens, a City park with a Chinese cultural garden is within easy walking distance.
