Former Lighthouse, now a Bed and Breakfast.
The lighthouse was built in 1862 by the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board. The light underwent many changes of power until it was decommissioned in the 1980's and the old building was sold privately. However this was to prove the start of a new chapter in the life of the Great Orme lighthouse as it became one of the most unusual Bed and Breakfast establishments in the country.
