8 story brick residential building constructed in 1951. It was built for the administrative board of the metal works factory "Hammer and Sickle" and is known as "Sickles" Style is Stalin Empire. There are 149 apartments with 3.2 meter high ceilings.

Once for a brief time, here resided Nona Modryukova (1925-2008) and her husband Vyacheslav Tikhonov (1928-2009), both were well known Soviet/Russian actors.
