Alisal homes is a housing development located in the Forster Ranch area of San Clemente. The Alisal community is comprised of 60 single family homes sized between 1,957 and 2,192 square feet. Built in 2000 and 2001 by Monarch Communities, the floor plans of Alisal include 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2-car attached garages, and small backyards and patios. Alisal is located just off Camino de los Mars in north west portion of Forster Ranch. The homes are two levels in a small but well kept development with a great community feel.
