The MVA licenses driver's and cars in Maryland. This is the Annapolis Branch (a full service facility), and is a much better alternative to Beltsville / Prince George's Branch. The 30 minute drive from there to here and 30 minutes back will be more than made up for by saving time in line. The lines here are short and move quickly. The people are courteous and helpful. This is not the case at all MVAs.
