Famous St. Maarten beach directly in front of Princess Juliana Airport's runway. Landing aircraft ranging from single-engine propeller craft up to Boeing 747's routinely execute a landing approach which clears the sunbathers on the beach by just a few feet.

Jets powering up for takeoff have been known to blow sunbathers into the water as well.
