Gros Ouvrage in the Thionville sector of the Maginot line with a total of 9 combat blocks and 2 entry blocks. At full strength the ouvrage contained nearly 800 men and officers in two regiments. This ouvrage was renovated in the 1980's for use by the French Army as a cold war command bunker, but was finally closed in the 1990s.

The blocks were laid out as follows.

Ammunition entry: Ramp to tunnel network, two light machine gun cupolas (GFM), one 47mm anti-tank gun embrasure.

Personnel entry: shaft, two GFM cupolas, one 47mm anti-tank gun embrasure.

Bloc 1: Infantry block with one machine gun turret, one GFM cupola and one twin machine gun cupola (JM)

Bloc 2: Artillery block with one 75mm gun turret.

Bloc 3: Artillery block with one 75mm gun turret and two GFM cupolas.

Bloc 4: Observation block with one GFM cupola and one observation cupola (VDP). Fire control center located in this bloc.

Bloc 5: Artillery block with three 75 mm gun embrasures, one 135mm gun embrasure, one GFM cupola and one grenade launcher cupola (LG).

Bloc 6: Artillery block with one 135 mm gun turret, one GFM cupola and one grenade launcher cupola.

Bloc 7: Artillery block with one 135 mm gun turret and two GFM cupola.

Bloc 8: Anti-tank/infantry block with one 37mm anti-tank embrasure, one twin machine gun embrasure, one machine gun turret and two GFM cupola.

Bloc 9: Infantry block with one machine gun turret and one GFM cupola.
