November 2008 - During construction by Crown House Data Solutions (Laing O'Rourke) for an 'unknown client' a cylinder of argon gas (used as a fire suppressant in sealed computer rooms) exploded killing one construction worker and injuring four others.
The building is said to be 5 layers thick, including a layer of cast concrete blocks, and that it goes down underground quite a way.
The article in the local newspaper has disappeared from the web although the official news release can still be found reported throughout the country on local and national media. It appears that the clients identity has been suppressed.
November 2009 - Construction now complete and 'unknown client' is still unknown.
