  • i bought a toyota from here 2 mths ago, one day my car alarm siren non stop(there is no way to disable it as long as i lock my car). so i came to this service center, the helpdesk person told me SORRY SIR! you don't make appointment you cannot come today, you must make appointment first. and i answer: " my car alarm non stop, i must fix today or else it will siren all the time". she replied me " you still have to make appointment first" i was like WHAT THE F***! I AM HERE NOT TO SERVICE, I AM IN EMERGENCY CASE MAN !!! MY ALARM SIREN NON STOP. =======MY CONCLUSION is TOYOTA SERVICE CENTER IN HERE REALLY SUCKS !!!! ==========
  • comment no 3, sometime really real, but i blame those Service adviser not the management reason simple, Toyota always Customer 1st so is the person do not know how to handle customer or judge the case is emergency or not
