  • Yes u can buy no doubt at all.
  • It is good colony but grampanchayat layout. colony is going to be fulled very soon. Some sofware professionals already constructed houses.
  • I was told 6000 per sq.yd. and total 200 sq.yd. costs 12,00,000. Is it a better price? I was told 200 sq.yd land and a 500 SFT house build 10 years back is around 18L, where as house fetches 1000 rupees rent. Some how additional 6L for such a old and small house seems to be not a better bet. But loans are not available on lands, where as available for houses it seems.
  • Oh my god for this forest area 6000 per yard. Well all the fields earlier are plotted for investment, some day food crisis will come and no body bothers about land prices, only bothering will be on filling stomach.

  • I guess rates are between 8000 to 10000 per sqyard , reason said by brokers is start of Navya Homes independent Houses project (300) , Shanker Green Homes (250) , Durga Homes-2 near to completion , few small Independent Venture of close to 50 Houses coming up in Janma Bhoomi layout , Janachaitanya and within colony already some new house construction , please check and update me too even am looking to purchase a plot for self appreciate suggestion on price
