U.S. President-themed subdivision with a few other non-Presidential roads (like "White House Road") but less than half of the 44 Presidents (including the current President, remember, Grover Cleveland served twice) are actually represented in the subdivision. Of note, the subdivision began construction (with George Bush Street as the main arterial) while George Bush (43, not 41) was still in office.
