  • Tizi Allouane is a small village of the Ait Rzine Commune. Like several other surrounding villages, Tizi's inhabitants endured the hardship of the Algerian-French war (1954-1962). By late 1980's, Tizi was connected by paved one-line raod and enjoyed the introduction of the electrical power... and has an elementary school. Still no running water, as far I as I know.
