Originally "Headquarters" for Hassayampa Alfalfa Farms Co. that bought railroad land for $2.50/acre and sold it with irrigation rights for $100/acre, and dry farm land for $10/acre. The venture failed and was sold to the Prescott Farm Co. 52 acres. The irrigation venture became Chino Valley Irrigation District (CVID).

1918 — Prescott Farm Company
1943 — Kenneth and Lavon Cooper residence and farm
1998 — Donated to Chino Valley Unified School District for agricultural education.
1999 — Cooper Agricultural Center. Managed by Future Farmers of America (FFA) cooperag.com/
