  • In early 2008, due to huge financial deficit, this building was sold by MPKB. The 400 plus traders inside this arcade were promised of new business venue. Unfortunately, the promise remains an empty promise. Due to the pressure to hand over the arcade to new owner, MPKB came up with a plot by declaring the building unsaved for occupation, forcing the eviction of the traders by December 2008. In retaliating MPKB's forced eviction, the traders form an ad-hoc committee and may seek legal actions against MPKB.
  • The latest development of this arcade in 2012, there is nothing more left behind except the base and the rubles. All the place has been fenced. So, we can 't no more going inside .
  • There is no longer Pasar Mpkb here, because the building has been demolished years ago. Now, a new building has already risen. The ground floor has already walled up. And we can see, the first floor also has already beginning being built.
