Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Launch Complex 36 (LC-36) was a launch complex at Cape Canaveral, Merritt Island, Florida. The complex was used for the Atlas rocket between 1962 and 2005. It was demolished on June 16th, 2007. In 2015 it was leased (together with the adjoining LC-11 and much surrounding land) to Blue Origin who are redeveloping it for their New Glen orbital rocket; first launch is scheduled for 2020. -Adapted from Wikipedia.
