  The once vacant mall is now renovated as an office building solely occupied by the Federated Insurance company in this mid-west small town where they are a major employer. The local newspaper reported at http://www.owatonna.com/news.php?viewStory=69872 There is an exquisite palace like finish on the inside commons, having most of the floor covering done with Cambria, where Tom Annexstad is a top salesperson and also the son of the person for which this building is named after.
