A city about 28 km to the east of Tartus, 419 m above sea level in the south of the Nusairi mountains. The white castle and its tower from the crusaders time. Nice panorama of the Syrian coast till Tripoli in Lebanon, nice view of Mount Lebanon. Nice natural white stones houses.
