  Talisoy main town of the whole jomalig island,electricity in this area runs from 5pm to 1am, the small businesses you can find are mostly sari-sari stores,some resident put up carinderia near the high school. this place is far more peaceful than apad where the videokaraoke are rampant and having a goodnight sleep is impossible..

  i wish, now that the mayor of this town was re elected , he will focus on helping the local farmers of the island, by boosting the campaign on improving the agricultural livelihood of the farmers thru the use of organic farming, by giving intensive information thru seminars and educating them with the help of the department of agriculture.Organic as it is for it will not be harmfull to the environment and of course, us human being ,Jomalig is such a beauty we should think of preserving its natural serenity.
