White manor (Vilnius)

In 1866 russian general Alexander Losev began to built a estate wihich was called White manor. The bulding became dilapidated and 1928 the house was acquiredby Franciszek Valicki, Vilnius city geologic service chief. He reconstructed the building, it was called Valicki villa. After the Second world war it was used by soviet agencies. Today it holds Research centre-memorial departament of Lithuanian genocid and resistance.
