St. Mary's Church, Ryde is a Catholic Church in the parish of Ryde on the Isle of Wight. The parish was created in the 19th century when the Countess of Clare built St. Mary's Church.

St. Mary's Church was built in 1846 by Elizabeth, Countess of Clare, at a cost of £18,000. It was designed by Joseph Hansom and is often regarded as one of the finest early Victorian Catholic churches in England. Stained glass windows were added to the church between 1860 and 1880.
