“Dom Zdrojowy” was designed by the well-known architect and Jagiellonian University Professor Alfred Szyszko-Bohusz. Szyszko-Bohusz was an author of not only the restoration of the Wawel Royal Castle but also several public buildings and villas around Kraków. The hotel and SPA services offered in “Dom Zdrojowy” were of the highest standards and attracted several artists and other celebrities.Two other major buildings around the square in front of “Dom Zdrojowy” were “Karolówka” and “Zegotka” offering slightly lower standards of accommodation.
